l Judging whether to remove the armature

Observe whether sparks are generated between the brush and the commutator when the motor is running, and the degree of spark occurs. (I) is without any spark. The carbon brush and commutator are normal, no need to repair; (2) There are only 2 to 4 tiny sparks. At this time, observe carefully if the surface of the commutator is flat. In most cases there is no need to repair; (3) In addition to r has 4 sparks with F, and to 3 big sparks, you do not have to remove the armature, just use sandpaper to grind the carbon brush commutator; (4 ) If there are four big sparks, you need to use sandpaper to grind the commutator, even to seriously add the commutator to the car. The carbon brush and armature must be disassembled. Of course, after a large commutator has been processed, it must be replaced with a brushed carbon brush.

2 How to remove a high-speed motor

Because when removing the end cap and armature. The vibration will damage the carbon brush. The carbon brush should first be removed from the carbon brush. It is not necessarily the same as the angle between the two carbon detectors and the auger. To ensure that it can be restored during installation, the left and right carbon brushes will not be installed in reverse. They must be removed before the carbon brushes are removed. Secondly, a mark is also placed between the fan bushing or between the magnetic steel bushing and the shaft, so that after repair, the original mark position can be installed. Because the high-speed motor's dynamic balance test is with a fan blade or a speed measuring ring (speed magnetic Because it is made of steel, assembly must be done in accordance with the marking of disassembly. This is a trivial matter in general motor repairs, and the I-plane may have a bearing on the overall situation in the repair of high-speed motors. Because once the speed ring or fan blade is damaged. Or paragraphs are assembled by marking, even if other parts are repaired very well. After assembly, it may also cause unbalanced vibration of the whole machine when it is running at high speed.

When the high-speed motor is disassembled, hammers, punches, etc. cannot be used to hard-knock the hard-to-knife to use the puller. When using the puller, pay attention: Pull the top of the motor directly to the top eye. To protect the top eye of the armature shaft from damage, a protection mat should be placed on the top of the puller and the top eye.

Fix the end caps on both ends of the electric pole. Before disassembling, make a mark on the lower end cap. For repair, install J: as is. Remove the bearing on the r armature. Care should be taken to clean it. When cleaning, clean house gasoline is used. After the gasoline is dry, fill the bearing housing with 704 (or 708) bearing grease. (The bearing of the high speed motor cannot use ordinary butter or disulfide. molybdenum). Put it in a clean place to use; if the commutator is flat and has a purple luster, this is the oxide layer that protects the surface of the commutator. Use a soft brush to remove the surface powder.
